Eco-warriors – Get the Buzz!
This initiative comes from our passion to support the conservation efforts of the National Pollinator Project, by working with Bug-life and B-line. We offer a free educational space to inspire young eco-warriors keen to be part of the movement.
We were inspired by the new wave of dedicated conservationists – a generation that sincerely wants to make a difference by working with nature in a peaceful and productive way. So, we launched the Buzz Zone, a dedicated Apiary where members of the public can learn more about bees and their vital importance to our environment.
Our team also offers school visits, lectures, educational packs and free seed bombs to plant in your garden. The Buzz Zone is open to all and we welcome your participation in this important project.
To ensure radical inclusion the project is free of charge; including the free starter kit for you to take home and create your own conservation sanctuary of wildflowers. This will benefit all invertebrates. We give free advice on planting seeds and registering your valuable efforts online for research.
You may not live along the proposed B-line highway, so we aim to create a network of ‘service stations’ along the way. This means you can sow and maintain your own project and record results on the national B-line map. That way, you can show your progress in linking corridors.
